• 3 – 5 years of professional experience in Value Advisory, corporate strategy, management consulting or value-based selling
• Strong senior-level quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modelling
• Strong research and communication skills, including building clear PowerPoint storylines
• Experience in program management, facilitation and stakeholder management on complex AI, cloud, IT or transformation projects
• Ability to provide functional leadership to junior colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Broad enterprise IT knowledge across applications, infrastructure and integration (SAP technologies preferred)
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a related field; MBA or equivalent master’s is an advantage
