By visiting or using JobsRivo (jobsrivo.com), you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site - that’s totally fair.
These terms apply to everyone who visits JobsRivo, whether you’re browsing job listings, reading our career guides, or just passing through.
What JobsRivo Actually Is
We’re a job listing publisher - not a recruitment agency, not a visa consultant, and not an employer.
We want to be upfront about this because it really matters:
- JobsRivo is an independent overseas-jobs publisher. We’re a small editorial team led by Mustafa Ahmad, and we publish verified job listings from around the world. You can read more on our About page and Editorial Policy.
- We are NOT a recruitment agency, visa consultancy, manpower company, or employer of record. We’re not affiliated with any government department either.
- We do NOT hire candidates, issue offer letters, sponsor visas, collect CVs on behalf of employers, or guarantee that anyone will get hired, sponsored, or placed.
- All job listings and articles are for informational purposes only. The actual hiring - contracts, salaries, benefits, visa conditions - that’s all handled by the employers, recruiters, and government authorities, not us.
- We never charge job seekers anything. Browsing, applying, being listed - all free. If someone asks you for money using our name, that’s a scam. Please report it right away to contact@jobsrivo.com.
Your Responsibility & Independent Verification
Please verify everything yourself before making any decisions based on information you find here.
We do our best to publish accurate, up-to-date listings - but at the end of the day, you’re responsible for your own decisions. Before you apply for any job, pay any fee to anyone, accept an offer, or travel abroad, please independently verify:
- The employer is legitimate. Go directly to the employer’s official website or contact their licensed representatives. Don’t rely solely on what any third-party site (including ours) tells you.
- The visa, work-permit, and sponsorship details. Check with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government immigration portal of the destination country. Immigration rules change frequently.
- Any recruiter’s license. If a recruitment agency is involved, verify their license with the competent authority in your home country (for example, Bureau of Emigration, POEA/DMW in the Philippines, MEA e-Migrate in India, etc.).
- Salary, deadlines, qualifications, and application procedures. Always cross-check with the original official job advertisement.
JobsRivo is not responsible for any actions you take based on information published on our site. We provide no guarantee of employment, visa issuance, sponsorship, salary, or relocation outcomes.
How You May Use This Website
A few ground rules so the site stays useful and safe for everyone.
- Use it lawfully. Please don’t use JobsRivo for anything illegal or that steps on someone else’s rights.
- No scraping or bulk copying. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, framing, or systematically copying our listings is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission. If you need data access, reach out to us first.
- Be honest. Don’t post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Don’t attempt unauthorized access to our systems or try to interfere with how the site works.
- Respect other users. Don’t use the site to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
Job Listings & Accuracy
We work hard to get it right, but we can’t guarantee every detail is perfect or current.
Our listings come from sources we trust - company career pages, government portals, licensed recruiters, and verified newspapers. Our editorial team reviews each listing before publishing (see our Editorial Policy for how that works).
However, we’re human and information changes fast. We do not guarantee that every detail is perfectly accurate, complete, or that a position is still open when you apply. Deadlines, salaries, and benefits can change without notice - so please always confirm with the original source before making decisions.
Reports, Tips & Scam Alerts
Seen something suspicious? We want to hear about it.
If you spot a suspicious listing, a potential scam, a fraudulent agent, or information that seems outdated - please let us know at contact@jobsrivo.com. When you send us a report, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
- You’re sharing the information voluntarily, and you’re giving us a non-exclusive right to review it, act on it, and (if it helps others) reference it in our anti-scam coverage without naming you personally.
- You believe the report is made in good faith - not to unfairly damage a legitimate employer’s reputation or hurt a competitor.
- We’ll acknowledge your report within 2 business days and look into it. We can’t promise we’ll take public action on every report, but we take every one seriously.
- Any personal details you share are handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Correction & Takedown Requests
Something wrong? We’ll fix it - just let us know.
If you’re an employer, recruiter, or rights-holder and you believe something on JobsRivo is inaccurate, outdated, infringing, or should be removed, email us at contact@jobsrivo.com with:
- The exact URL on JobsRivo that’s affected.
- The specific content you’d like corrected or removed.
- Evidence - a link to the official source, proof of rights, or employer confirmation.
- Your name and your relationship to the subject of the request.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process verified corrections or takedowns within 7 business days. If something is clearly fraudulent or harmful, we’ll remove it faster - usually within 24 hours.
Advertising, AdSense & Affiliate Disclosure
How we keep the lights on - transparently.
Running JobsRivo costs money (hosting, tools, the team’s time), and we cover those costs through advertising. Here’s exactly how it works:
- Google AdSense: JobsRivo displays advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and its partners, and they may use cookies and similar technologies to show you ads that are more relevant to you. Google’s advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve ads based on your prior visits to JobsRivo and/or other sites on the internet.
- Affiliate links: Some of our articles may contain affiliate links. If you click one and complete a qualifying action, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Children’s Privacy
JobsRivo isn’t designed for kids, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
JobsRivo is not intended for anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA, per GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at contact@jobsrivo.com and we’ll take steps to delete that information promptly.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not condition participation in any activity on the provision of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
Data Breach Notification
What happens if something goes wrong with your data.
We take data security seriously and use reasonable measures to protect your information. But no system is perfect. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal data:
- We’ll notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR (for EEA/UK users).
- For users in other jurisdictions, we’ll notify you as soon as reasonably possible and in compliance with applicable laws.
- We’ll include details about what happened, what data was affected, and what steps you can take to protect yourself.

Age Requirement
Who can use JobsRivo.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use JobsRivo. If you’re under the required age, please don’t use this website. By using JobsRivo, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.
This age requirement exists because JobsRivo displays advertisements through Google AdSense, which requires all users of sites in its network to be at least 13 years old, and because job listings are intended for adults who are legally eligible to work.
Intellectual Property
What belongs to whom.
- Our content is ours. All original content on JobsRivo - text, logos, graphics, design, and editorial analysis - is the property of JobsRivo unless otherwise stated.

When you leave JobsRivo, different rules apply.
Our website contains links to third-party career pages, government portals, and news sources. These links are there to help you go directly to the original source - we think that’s more useful than keeping you on our site.
However, once you leave JobsRivo, you’re on someone else’s turf. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Visiting external sites through our links is at your own risk. We don’t endorse everything on those sites, and we don’t control what they do.

If you submit content to JobsRivo - whether through our contact form, a scam report, feedback, or a correction - here’s what you should know:
- You’re giving us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the site.
