Role Overview

We are recruiting Registered Nurses (Band 5) for acute hospital wards across Greater London. Full Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship, OSCE training, and relocation support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care under evidence-based NHS protocols
• Administer medication and IV therapy safely and accurately
• Document clinical observations on electronic patient records
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (doctors, physios, pharmacists)
• Mentor junior nurses and healthcare assistants
• Support patients and families with compassion and clear communication
• Adhere to NMC Code of Professional Conduct and safeguarding standards
• Participate in continuous professional development (CPD)

Working Environment

Modern acute NHS trust wards, 37.5 hour week on rotating day/night shifts with structured breaks and full PPE provided.
