Role Overview
We are hiring Civil Site Engineers for major infrastructure projects across Sydney. Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa sponsorship with pathway to Employer Nomination Scheme (186) Permanent Residency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works on major infrastructure packages
- Manage subcontractor RFIs, ITPs and method statements
- Ensure works meet AS/NZS standards and project specifications
- Enforce Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance on site
- Prepare progress claims and variations with Commercial team
- Liaise with designers, council inspectors and utility authorities
- Maintain accurate as-built records and daily site diaries
- Drive Lendlease’s Incident & Injury Free safety culture
Working Environment
Tier-1 infrastructure project sites in Greater Sydney, full PPE, site vehicle and modern digital field tools (Autodesk BIM 360).
Training & Career Progression
Lendlease Academy, chartered engineer support (IEAust), project rotation and fast-track to Senior Engineer and Project Manager roles.
