Contact form (mailto) — the form on our Contact page opens your own email client and sends mail directly to support@jobsrivo.com. We do not store contact-form submissions in a separate third-party database; messages are received and retained only in our support inbox.
Email / newsletter delivery — if and when we enable a newsletter, we will update this policy with the specific provider (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo, or MailerLite) before collecting subscriber data.
Comments — public comments are currently disabled on JobsRivo. If we enable them in future, we will disclose the comment system used (e.g. native WordPress, Disqus) here.

5. Cookies & Consent

Server access logs: typically retained for 30–90 days for security and debugging.
Google Analytics data: retained according to the property’s configured retention period (currently up to 14 months for event data).
AdSense / advertising cookies: managed by Google according to its own retention schedule.

7. International Data Transfers & Processing Locations

JobsRivo is an independent online publisher serving a global English-speaking audience. Because our service providers operate globally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including:

United States — Google LLC (Analytics, AdSense, Search Console) and Cloudflare, Inc. operate primarily from the US.
European Union / Ireland — Google Ireland Ltd. processes EU/EEA user data for EU visitors.
Host data centre region — our web host may store the site database and backups in its own data-centre region.

Where data is transferred out of the EU/EEA or UK, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), as published by each processor.

Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain specific records.

For data held by third parties (Google Analytics, AdSense, Cloudflare, etc.), you may also need to contact those providers directly or use their own deletion / opt-out tools.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact support@jobsrivo.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, tools, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always show the latest version. Continued use of the website after an update implies acceptance of the revised policy.
