Role Overview

We are hiring Senior Project Managers at Qatar Energy LNG based in Doha, Qatar. The role is a permanent full-time position with Qatar Work Residence Permit (Tax-Free) sponsorship and a structured pathway toward long-term residency for qualifying candidates and their immediate family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary EPC project teams on LNG mega-projects
• Manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across multi-billion USD packages
• Interface with EPC contractors (CCC/Saipem/JGC) and government stakeholders
• Drive HSE leadership and ensure zero-harm performance
• Approve change orders, claims and contractor invoices
• Report monthly to executive steering committees

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Project Management)
• 12+ years oil & gas project management experience
• PMP or equivalent certification mandatory
• Prior LNG or large EPC project leadership essential
• Excellent English communication; GCC experience preferred

Salary & Benefits
