Role Overview

University Health Network (UHN) is recruiting an experienced professional for a permanent, full-time position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based bedside care across medical, surgical and ICU wards
• Administer medications and IV therapy per CNO standards
• Operate cardiac monitors, ventilators and infusion pumps
• Document care in Epic EMR with full clinical accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health and family members
• Mentor newly graduated nurses and international hires
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety rounds
• Maintain BCLS/ACLS certification and CNO College registration

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited university in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Fluent professional English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent); local-language skills a plus
• Clean police clearance certificate (PCC) from country of residence (last 5 years)
• Valid passport with minimum 24 months validity at time of joining
• Eligibility for the LMIA-backed Closed Work Permit with PR pathway via Express Entry / Ontario PNP as per published government criteria
