Role Overview

We are recruiting Executive Chefs for flagship properties in Downtown Dubai. Full UAE employment visa, tax-free salary and premium relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a brigade of 40–60 chefs across multiple F&B outlets
• Design seasonal menus reflecting the property’s culinary identity
• Manage food cost, GP%, wastage and inventory (Materials Control)
• Maintain HACCP, Dubai Municipality and ISO 22000 compliance
• Recruit, train and develop culinary talent
• Drive guest satisfaction scores (LQA, Forbes, Medallia)
• Negotiate with premium suppliers and oversee cost engineering
• Champion innovation, sustainability and zero-waste kitchens

Working Environment

Award-winning 5-star kitchens in Downtown Dubai, 48-hour week on rotating shifts with full chef whites, knives and PPE provided.

Training & Career Progression

Emaar Academy, cross-property rotation (Address, Vida, Palace), Forbes 5-star service training and pathway to F&B Director and General Manager.
