Role Overview

We are hiring Cybersecurity Specialists at Saudi Aramco based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role is a permanent full-time position with Saudi Iqama (Tax-Free Work Residence) sponsorship and a structured pathway toward long-term residency for qualifying candidates and their immediate family members.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate SOC tier-3 incident response across IT & OT environments
• Engineer SIEM, SOAR and EDR detections aligned to MITRE ATT&CK
• Lead red/purple team exercises and threat-hunting initiatives
• Support OT/ICS security for refineries and gas plants
• Mentor junior analysts and run security tabletop exercises
• Drive compliance with NCA & SAMA cybersecurity controls

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related
• 7+ years SOC / incident response experience
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP or equivalent strongly preferred
• Hands-on with Splunk ES, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto
• Excellent English communication
