Role Overview

We are hiring Civil Engineers for Doha Metro expansion Phase 2 and Lusail Tram extensions. Full Qatari work visa, tax-free salary and comprehensive relocation package.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural works on metro station and viaduct packages
• Review contractor submittals, shop drawings and method statements
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS 2014) and Eurocodes
• Manage NCRs, site instructions and variations
• Liaise with Qatar Rail design authority and independent checkers
• Uphold HSE standards aligned with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001
• Prepare progress reports and as-built documentation
• Support commissioning and trial operations

Working Environment

Modern Msheireb headquarters and active construction sites across Doha, with climate-controlled site offices and full PPE.

Training & Career Progression

Qatar Rail Learning Academy, chartered engineer pathway (ICE / IStructE), secondment to international rail operators, and promotion to Senior / Principal Engineer.
