Role Overview

Lendlease Group is recruiting an experienced professional for a permanent, full-time position based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination on tier-1 infrastructure projects (Suburban Rail Loop, Metro Tunnel)
• Manage civil works packages valued at AUD 50M – AUD 200M
• Review and approve detailed design drawings (12d, Civil 3D, Revit)
• Drive AS/NZS code compliance, WHS and environmental controls
• Liaise with Department of Transport, councils and tier-2 subcontractors
• Run earthworks, drainage, pavement and tunneling delivery
• Mentor graduate engineers towards Engineers Australia chartership
• Report progress, EVM and risk to project director

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited university in a relevant discipline
• 5+ years of demonstrable post-qualification experience in a similar role
• Fluent professional English (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent); local-language skills a plus
• Clean police clearance certificate (PCC) from country of residence (last 5 years)
• Valid passport with minimum 24 months validity at time of joining
• Eligibility for the Subclass 482 TSS Visa (Medium-Term Stream) with PR pathway via Subclass 186 as per published government criteria
