Role Overview

We are hiring Class 1 (AZ) Long Haul Truck Drivers. LMIA-approved Temporary Foreign Worker Program positions with full relocation and pathway to Canadian Permanent Residence via Provincial Nominee Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 tractor-trailer units across Canada and USA
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections per NSC Standard 13
• Maintain electronic logs (ELD) in compliance with HOS regulations
• Secure loads per CVSA Standard 10 cargo securement
• Communicate via Omnitracs in-cab messaging with Fleet Managers
• Cross US-Canada border with FAST card (training provided)
• Deliver on-time while upholding Bison’s safety culture
• Participate in driver mentorship and finishing programme

Working Environment

Modern 2024–2026 Freightliner Cascadia and Peterbilt 579 trucks with APU, inverter, fridge and automated transmission.

Training & Career Progression

4-week paid finishing programme, mentor driver pairing, and career paths into Driver Trainer, Fleet Manager or Owner-Operator.
