Role Overview

We are hiring Operations Specialists at our Rotterdam Fulfilment Centre (ROT1). IND Highly Skilled Migrant (Kennismigrant) sponsorship and 30% ruling tax advantage available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a shift team of 40–60 associates across receive, stow, pick and pack
• Drive safety, quality and productivity KPIs using Amazon’s operational excellence toolkit
• Conduct gemba walks and 5-why root cause analysis
• Manage labour planning using ATOM and LMS systems
• Own people development, performance and engagement
• Collaborate with engineering on robotics uptime (Amazon Robotics Drive units)
• Ensure compliance with Dutch Arbowet labour law
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at shift level

Working Environment

Modern 100,000 m² fulfilment centre, steel-toe boots and PPE provided, 40 hours/week on a 4-on 3-off rotating pattern.

Training & Career Progression

Amazon Pathways programme, tuition reimbursement up to €8,000/year, Career Choice, and promotion to Area / Operations Manager within 18–24 months.
